The general terms and conditions of the online store prosena.si are owned by Studio RGP and are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order).

Types of Users

By registering at prosena.si, you become a member. Registered members and guests who make a quick purchase without registering beforehand have the right to purchase in the online store prosena.si.

Upon registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username, which is the same as their email address, and a password. If the user wishes to change their email address or password at any time, they can do so under their profile.

Availability of Information

prosena.si commits to always providing the buyer with the following information:

a) the identity of the company (name and registered office of the company, registration number),
b) contact information enabling the user to quickly and effectively communicate (email, phone),
c) essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
d) product availability (each product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time frame),
e) conditions of product delivery or service execution (method, place, and time of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set and it must be clear whether they include taxes and shipping costs,
g) payment and delivery methods,
h) the validity period of the offer,
i) the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it costs the buyer to return the product,
j) an explanation of the complaint process, including all contact details of the contact person or customer service.

Product Offer and Prices

The price in the prosena.si online store is the same for registered members and guests.

Prices are in Euros (€). Prices are valid at the time of order placement and do not have pre-determined validity. Prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-stated payment methods, under the above-stated conditions. Prices include VAT, as Studio RGP is a VAT payer.

Order and Prices

The sales contract between Studio RGP and the buyer is concluded in the prosena.si online store at the moment Studio RGP (prosena.si) sends the first email to the buyer about the status of their order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Studio RGP (prosena.si) and the buyer.

The sales contract (i.e., the first email about the order status) is stored electronically on the prosena.si server.

a) Technical steps leading to the conclusion of the sales contract
The purchase process for legal entities is completely the same as for individuals, except that at the end of the purchase, the name of the company and the company’s tax number are also entered. Payment options are the same. In the purchase process, the user (buyer) has the following technical steps available:

– logging into the online store using an email address if the user (buyer) has already created a user account;
– searching for a specific product in the product offer in the online store;
– selecting a product for purchase and determining the quantity of the product for purchase in the shopping cart;
– adding the selected product for purchase to the shopping cart;
– reviewing the price of the selected product in the chosen quantity, including the calculated tax, if any;
– selecting the method of product delivery;
– selecting the payment method and entering a promotional code, if any;
– reviewing the order with the selected method of product delivery and the calculated delivery costs, if any;
– confirming and submitting the order and thus completing the purchase.

b) Technological means that enable the recognition and correction of errors before placing the order
Before placing the order, the user (buyer) can, through the graphical user interface, easily and without problems:

– see and review which products they have selected and added to the shopping cart;
– see and review the price of each product and the total price of the entire selected quantity of each product;
– change the selected quantity of each product and calculate the new price of the changed quantity;
– remove selected products that they do not want to buy from the shopping cart.

Before confirming the order, the user (buyer) can, through the graphical user interface, easily and without problems:

– change the selected method of product delivery;
– change the selected payment method;
– review and confirm individual changes.

c) Order Accepted
After placing the order, the user (buyer) receives a notification from the Merchant via email that the order has been accepted. Within 1 hour of receiving this notification, the user (buyer) has the option to cancel the order without consequences. Except for the option to cancel, the user (buyer) cannot change the content of the order after placing it. Comprehensive details about the status and content of each order are always accessible to the user (buyer) in their profile on the Merchant’s website.

d) Order Confirmed
If the user (buyer) does not cancel the order, the order proceeds to further processing. The Merchant reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered products, and confirms or rejects the order with a reason. The Merchant can also contact the user (buyer) by phone at the provided contact phone number to verify the information or ensure accurate delivery. The sales contract for the purchase of ordered products between the user (buyer) and the Merchant is irrevocably concluded at this stage.

e) Goods Dispatched
The Merchant prepares and dispatches the ordered products and informs the user (buyer) via email. The email notification of the shipment includes a tracking link and the accompanying number used for this purpose.

Payment Methods

Studio RGP (prosena.si) offers the following payment methods:

– prepayment to the Studio RGP company account
– via PAYPAL to the Studio RGP account
– with a credit card via the STRIPE platform
– cash on delivery (you pay the postman upon receipt of the shipment) – Additional cost for cash on delivery 1.5 €.

Invoice Issuance

Studio RGP sends an invoice to the buyer along with the ordered items (via email or physically in the package).

The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase. The buyer must verify the correctness of the information before placing the order. Later objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices will not be considered.
