Studio RGP d.o.o. (prosena.si) is committed to permanently protecting all personal data of the user in accordance with ZVOP-1 and GDPR.
The user is also responsible for the protection of their personal data by ensuring the security of their email address, username, and password, as well as adequate software (antivirus) protection of their computer.
What data is collected?
– Studio RGP d.o.o. (prosena.si) indefinitely retains the following data of registered members: first and last name, email address, contact phone number, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration.
– Information about the use of our websites (clicks on links, time spent, etc.) and data about the response to our email messages (whether the message was opened, which links you clicked on);
We may process your personal data on the following legal bases:
– when you have given consent for the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes. You always have the right to withdraw the given consent;
Will the data be shared with third parties?
We do not share your personal data with third parties (outside of Studio RGP d.o.o. (prosena.si)), except for those who have a written contract with us to perform certain tasks related to data processing and are obliged to comply with the legislation regarding the processing and protection of personal data (so-called contractual partners).
The contractual partners to whom we provide personal data are:
– logistics companies for the delivery of your order (Post …);
– marketing service providers;
– email service providers;
– software solution providers.
How will the information be used?
User data will not be provided to unauthorized persons under any circumstances. Your personal data may be used for one or more of the following purposes:
– to fulfill an order (sending informational material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication with the member;
– communicating with you regarding the provision of our services and responding to your inquiries;
– marketing communication (sending emails);
– enforcing any legal claims and resolving disputes;
– for statistical analysis of the use of our websites;
– for customized advertising;
How long will the data be stored?
– Basic personal data is stored as long as you have the status of a registered user on our website.
– We process your personal data based on your consent permanently or until you withdraw this consent.
– After the expiration of the retention period, your personal data is effectively deleted or anonymized, meaning we process it in a way that it can no longer be linked to you or attributed to you.
What rights does the data subject have?
Regarding personal data, you have the following rights:
– to ask us at any time whether we process your personal data;
– access to personal data and the following information: processing; types of personal data; users or categories of users to whom personal data has been or will be disclosed, especially users in third countries or international organizations;
– the planned period of retention of personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
– the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and the reasons for it, as well as the importance and anticipated consequences of such processing for you;
– to request one (free) copy of your personal data in a format you specify (if the request is provided by electronic means and you do not request otherwise, the copy is provided in electronic form); for additional copies you request, we may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the costs;
– correction of inaccurate personal data;
– restriction of processing when you dispute the accuracy of personal data, for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of personal data or if the processing is unlawful and you oppose the deletion of your personal data and instead request restriction or we no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but you need them for the assertion, enforcement, or defense of legal claims;
– deletion of all personal data (right to be forgotten), provided that the conditions of Article 17 of the GDPR are met and especially if you withdraw consent for the processing of personal data;
– presentation of personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, with the right to transmit these data;
– cessation of personal data processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling;
– that a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, does not apply to you if the conditions of Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met;
– the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation.
How can the data subject file a complaint?
Your requests regarding the exercise of rights in relation to personal data can be sent in writing to the representative listed at the top of this document.
For reliable identification in case of exercising rights in relation to personal data, we may request additional information from you and may act only if we can prove that we cannot reliably identify you.
We must respond to your request to exercise your rights in relation to personal data without unnecessary delay and no later than one month after receiving your request.
Communication
Studio RGP d.o.o. (prosena.si) will contact the user through remote communication means only if the user expressly does not object to this and in accordance with the provisions of ZEKom-1. Advertising electronic and/or SMS messages will contain the following components:
– they will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages;
– the sender will be clearly visible;
– various actions, promotions, and other marketing techniques will be marked as such.
– The conditions for participation in them will also be clearly defined. The method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented, and if the user wishes to unsubscribe from receiving advertising messages, Studio RGP d.o.o. (prosena.si) will explicitly respect this.
